Because sizing and cut may vary please use this chart as a general guide only. If you are between sizes or need assistance choosing the proper size, please send us an email with your full dimensions including your cup size.

WHERE MAY I PURCHASE EIGHTHMERMAID SWIMWEAR?

• EXCLUSIVELY ONLINE via www.eighthmermaid.com 
• Eighthmermaid pieces are available online to Philippine customers only.

WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?

• Please follow us for updates on restock at @eighthmermaid on Instagram. Our restock will depend on what pieces/sizes/colors we get to finish per run.  (NO DM's please, we do not monitor our Instagram inbox)
• Please join the mail list on our website to get notified when we upload stocks.
• Color restock will depend if we still have fabric left. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

• Purchase using Credit/Debit card & Paypal through Paypal Check-out.
• BPI bank deposit/online transfer. 
• GCASH via QR code

*An email will be sent containing our details if you choose to pay through bank transfer. 

Please provide your active/correct email address, all info including your tracking number will be sent there.

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

• We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?

• We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to finish processing.
• We ship MONDAY - FRIDAY only 9am cut-off for LBC 
• SAME DAY pick-up (BOOK YOUR OWN/ SELF BOOK) Lalamove/Grab MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-2pm only. 11am Payment cut-off (Alabang area)

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

• An Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched.
• You may track your order through this LBC link or call them for updates through 02-8271-1501
• You may track your order the next business day after we hand your piece to LBC.
• Please email us at swim@eighthmermaid.com if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification. (Some messages get directed to spam/promotions inbox) NO DM's please, we do not monitor our Instagram inbox.

Delivery time:

• Metro Manila - 2-4 business days after we hand it to LBC
• Provincial Orders: 5-8 business days after we hand it to LBC
• SAME DAY pick-up (SELF BOOK LALAMOVE/GRAB) MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-11am only (Alabang area)

Please note that any delay on the courier's side is beyond our control

WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH IS THE COST?

• METRO MANILA & PROVINCIAL ADDRESSES - We use LBC for all your orders at a flat rate of 150php (Mon-Fri 9am cut-off)
• SAME DAY pick-up (BOOK YOUR OWN LALAMOVE/GRAB) MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-2pm only

 WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

• For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our products to ensure the quality of our swimwear and other pieces.
• ALL discounted/sale items are considered final.
