Please follow us for updates on restock at @eighthmermaid on Instagram. Our restock will depend on what pieces/sizes/colors we get to finish per run.

Color restock will depend if we still have fabric left.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

Purchase using Credit/Debit card & Paypal through Paypal Check-out.
BPI bank deposit/online transfer.
GCASH via QR code

DO YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

We do not offer international shipping at the moment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to finish processing.
We ship MONDAY - FRIDAY only 9am cut-off for LBC
SAME DAY pick-up MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-11am only. (Alabang area)

Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched.
You may track your order through this LBC link or call them for updates through 02-8271-1501
You may track your order the next business day after we hand it to them.
Please email us at swim@eighthmermaid.com if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification. (Some messages get directed to spam/promotions inbox)

Delivery time:

Metro Manila - 2-4 business days after we hand it to LBC
Provincial Orders: 5-8 business days after we hand it to LBC
SAME DAY pick-up MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-11am only (Alabang area)

For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our products to ensure the quality of our swimwear and other pieces.
