WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?
- Please follow us for updates on restock at @eighthmermaid on Instagram. Our restock will depend on what pieces/sizes/colors we get to finish per run.
- Color restock will depend if we still have fabric left.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- Purchase using Credit/Debit card & Paypal through Paypal Check-out.
- BDO or BPI bank deposit/online transfer.
*An email will be sent containing our details if you choose to pay through bank transfer.
Please provide your active/correct email address, all info including your tracking number will be sent there.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
- All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP)
- We only ship locally (Philippines)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?
- We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to be able to process your order.
- Deposit slips emailed before 1pm (Philippine time) will be handed to the courier the same day.
- Deposit slips emailed after cut-off (1pm) will be handed to the courier the next day.
- We ship Monday to Friday only.
- Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
- An Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched. You may track your order through this LBC link or call them for updates through 02-858-5999.
- You may track your order the next business day after we hand it to them.
- Please email us at email@example.com if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification
Dispatch Day is when we hand your package to the courier
- Metro Manila & Provincial Orders: 1-2 business days after dispatch day (LBC)
Please note that any delay on the courier's side is beyond our control
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH IS THE COST?
- METRO MANILA & PROVINCIAL ADDRESSES - We use LBC for all your orders at flat rate of 150php
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
- For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our products to ensure the quality of our swimwear and other pieces.
