WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK?
- Please follow us for updates on restock at @eighthmermaid on Instagram. Our restock will depend on what pieces/sizes/colors we get to finish per run.
- Color restock will depend if we still have fabric left.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
- Purchase using Credit/Debit card & Paypal through Paypal Check-out.
- BDO or BPI bank deposit/online transfer.
*An email will be sent containing our details if you choose to pay through bank transfer.
Please provide your active/correct email address, all info including your tracking number will be sent there.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU USE?
- All prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP)
- We only ship locally (Philippines)
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?
- We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to be able to process your order.
- We ship MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY only
- Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather
- PROCESSING & DELIVERY MAY TAKE LONGER UNTIL THE ECQ/GCQ IS LIFTED NATIONWIDE.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
- An Email containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched. You may track your order through this LBC link or call them for updates through 02-8271-1501
- You may track your order the next business day after we hand it to them.
- Please email us at email@example.com if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification
Dispatch Day is when we hand your package to the courier
- Metro Manila - 6-10 business days after we hand it to LBC
- Provincial Orders: 10-15 business days after we hand it to LBC
Please note that any delay on the courier's side is beyond our control
WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE AND HOW MUCH IS THE COST?
- METRO MANILA & PROVINCIAL ADDRESSES - We use LBC for all your orders at flat rate of 150php
- LALAMOVE (for Metro Manila only) - Flat rate of 300php.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
- For hygienic purposes, we do not accept returns and exchanges for our products to ensure the quality of our swimwear and other pieces.
