Purchase using Credit/Debit card & Paypal through Paypal Check-out.
BPI bank deposit/online transfer.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDER/S TO BE PROCESSED?

We try and process orders as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 24 hours to finish processing.
We ship MONDAY - FRIDAY only 9am (PH time) cut-off for LBC.
SAME DAY pick-up (BOOK YOUR OWN/ SELF BOOK) Lalamove/Grab MONDAY - FRIDAY 9am-2pm only. 11am Payment cut-off (Alabang area)

Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays & extreme weather

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?

An Email update containing your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed/dispatched.
You may track your order through this LBC link or call them for updates through 02-8271-1501 (Philippines)
You may track your order the next business day after we hand your piece to LBC.
Please email us at swim@eighthmermaid.com if you did not receive your tracking number with the shipment notification. (Some messages get directed to spam/promotions inbox) NO DM's please, we do not monitor our Instagram inbox.

Delivery time:

Metro Manila - 2-4 business days after we hand it to LBC
Provincial Orders: 5-8 business days after we hand it to LBC

Website inventory is up to date, and available pieces are reflected on the site. Some colors may come in limited quantities, and restocks will depend on fabric availability.

We ship within the Philippines via LBC. Metro Manila orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days after shipment, while provincial orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days. Courier and weather-related delays are outside our control.

Same-day delivery or pickup may be arranged from the Alabang area through the buyer’s own courier booking.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted due to hygiene and made-to-order considerations. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us by email for review.
