Where can I place an order?
Orders may be placed through our website.
Can I order through Instagram or Facebook?
For orders and product inquiries, please email us. We do not process orders through direct message.

Restocks

Will sold out pieces be restocked?
Restocks depend on which pieces, sizes, and colors are completed per run, as well as fabric availability. You may follow us on Instagram for updates and join our website mailing list to be notified when new stocks are uploaded. For restock inquiries, please email us.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Credit/Debit Card and PayPal through PayPal checkout, BPI bank deposit or online transfer, and GCash via QR code. If you choose bank transfer, an email with payment details will be sent to you. Please provide an active and correct email address, as order updates and tracking details will be sent there.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take?
We try to process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 24 hours for processing. Orders shipped via LBC are sent Monday to Friday only, with a 9am Philippine time cutoff. Processing may take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather conditions such as typhoons.

How long does delivery take?
Metro Manila orders usually arrive within 2–4 business days after we hand them to LBC. Provincial orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days after handover to LBC. Processing and delivery may take longer during sale periods, holidays, and extreme weather conditions such as typhoons. Please note that any delay on the courier’s side is beyond our control.

What courier do you use?
We ship within the Philippines via LBC.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. An email update with your tracking number will be sent once your order has been processed and dispatched. Orders shipped through LBC may be tracked on the next business day after the parcel has been handed over. If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam or promotions folder, then email us if needed.

Can I arrange same-day delivery or pickup?
We currently offer same-day pickup only. This will be self-booked by you through Grab or Lalamove, Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm, with an 11am payment cutoff. Pickup is from the Alabang area.

Will delays happen?
Courier and weather-related delays may affect delivery times and are beyond our control.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns, exchanges, or refunds?
Due to hygiene and made-to-order considerations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are generally not accepted.
